Import from Excel

Only barcodes not already in your sheet get added — safe to re-run with an updated file any time. New items are added with quantity 0 and no location, ready to stock in via Update.

Set quantity & location

For items already in your sheet. Upload a file with Barcode, Quantity, and Location columns — matched barcodes get their quantity and location set to whatever's in the file. Barcodes not found in your sheet are skipped and reported, never added.

This overwrites the quantity and location for every matched barcode — double check the preview before confirming. Safe to re-run any time; it only ever affects barcodes present in the file.

Export stock to Excel

Downloads every item that has a quantity above 0 and a location, with Barcode, Item Name, Model No, Quantity and Location columns.
